After knowing its date and later more content in the dedicated Nintendo Direct, now we get an interesting message related to this long-awaited game from Nintendo. We are actually talking about Splatoon 3.
In this case, we bring you a new set of details from the official Twitter account. Focus on the new game mode of territorial struggle and you can find them below:
Today’s report details a new addition to the Splatoon universe: Territory Fight. It is a combat card game that can be played in the Territorial Fighting dojo (located in a wasteland in Tintelia City).
In this game, you paint the territory not with weapons, but with cards, and each card corresponds to a specific shape. Just like in real turf battles, it is the player who has covered the most area in ink who wins.
There are over 150 collectible cards, allowing you to build your own deck. Go and fight against other players to expand your territory in a different arena!
Images of the Carterritorial Fight instructions are also offered today. While it’s the kind of game where you have to play to get used to the rules, reading those instructions certainly has its merits: they explain how to place cards, paint squares, and how to rack up points to launch special attacks! They can be seen when accessing this game mode in Splatoon 3.
Here is the instructions for the Nawavatra.
It’s better to get used to it than to learn, but the rules for placing cards and painting squares and how to accumulate points for special attacks are described, so it’s a good idea to read them carefully. pic.twitter.com/xksJ1HrTBg— Splatoon (@SplatoonJP) August 31, 2022
