We’re still gradually getting more details on what Nintendo said in its latest quarterly financial report. They talked a little bit about their next console and also revealed how well Nintendo Switch Online is currently doing. But those are not the only things they talked about. They also talk about the growth of the company’s IP.
In fact, president Shuntaro Furukawa said that “we believe that the growth of Nintendo IP is due more than anything else to the many people around the world who play and enjoy our games. Nintendo has carefully designed each title to match the characteristics of the IP. This approach to software development has remained consistent since we first developed titles for the Nintendo Entertainment System.”
