Nintendo Japan has announced that it will cease repairs for a few more Nintendo 3DS models in the country starting today due to a lack of spare parts in its inventory. The situation is as follows:
- Nintendo Japan had already announced the closure of repairs for the Nintendo 3DS (standard) due to the depletion of spare parts in its inventory.
- Repairs for the systems will also cease. 2DS, New 3DS y New 3DS XL in the country once the spare parts run out.
- The New Nintendo 2DS XL will continue to receive repair requests.
- Wii U also ceased official repairs about a month ago.
