A Nintendo spokeswoman mentioned that the Kyoto-based company has ordered an increase in their product with their switchch to help fight global stock shortages. With so many people living in houses right now, buying a new Switch is difficult for some online stores that can't afford a day to work.
"We hope [suppliers] will respond to the increase in production, but if other parts are found, the perception remains uncertain, and we cannot predict how many more switches can be received," a Nintendo spokesman told Nikkei.
But according to the share of willing retailers in Nintendo's plans, there will be a 10% increase which means the original original number reaches 22 million units in the April – June quarter. This is the hope that buyers will find it easy to buy.
