Yesterday, the 3DS and Wii U eShops closed, but the closing did not go completely according to plan. Some players were surprised to find that even if they had a code to download something that had already been purchased, they could no longer do so.
Well, Nintendo seems to have answered the matter. The company said that while they intended to disable the download of download codes, they accidentally did so earlier than they intended. Because of this, Nintendo has announced that the download of download codes has been made possible again until April 3rd at 9:30 PM PT or April 4th at 12:30 AM ET.
