At least for now
Nintendo is already making headlines for a different story this week, and now after a two-year court battle cooked has won a separate lawsuit against the German Consumer Protection Authority (VZBV) and the Norwegian Consumer Rights Council.
The Japanese game developer was accused of violating Norwegian and EU consumer laws, by not allowing users to cancel pre-digital orders. Nintendo said the sales contract was fulfilled when the game of loading began. The council opposed this but was moved to a decision last year.
The decision has since been passed, and the next round is expected to take about a year and a half. Do you think you should be able to return previous orders to the eShop switch? Leave a comment below.
