Last week, there was an article surrounding the 88-year-old grandmother named Audrey Buchanan, who discovered a new brand of switchch after being famous for spending over 3,500 hours in Animal Crossing: New Leaf.
At the time, it was believed that he had not been included in the new entry Crossing the Animals: New Horizons he has a man named after him, but it turns out that this may not be the case. NBCs Today recently reached out to Nintendo to ask if that was true. According to a news release, Nintendo was "unwilling" to comment on:
TODAY it came to Nintendo to confirm whether or not the game's "Audie" character was named Buchanan, but the company did not want to comment.
While it's nice for Nintendo to respond, we're pretty sure he has a good reason why he decided not to. So there you have it, folks, that's it! Is all of this just a coincidence? Share the thoughts and ideas below.
