With the Olympic Games currently taking place in Paris, many thought now would be the ideal time for Nintendo and SEGA to team up for a new entry in the Mario & Sonic at the Olympic Games series. However, it appears that the series was ultimately discontinued by the two companies. The news comes courtesy of Lee Cocker, who is the series producer behind the franchise, and he was responding to people on X asking when we’d be getting a new entry in the Mario & Sonic series.
