You may recall that earlier this week it was announced that MLB The Show 23 would be released on Nintendo Switch on March 28th. Since then, there have been questions about whether there will be a technical test of the game, something that was done with MLB The Show 22 last year.
Well, it has been confirmed on the game’s official website that “starting on February 15th at around 10am PT and ending at 10am PT on February 21st, players 18+ in the US and Canada with a PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One console or Nintendo Switch console connected to the Internet can participate in the MLB The Show 23” technical test.
If you don’t know what these technical tests are, they are a way for Sony to see how well the online modes work and test how much stress the game’s online servers can handle before the game’s release in March. Developers also want to receive feedback from players.
