One Piece: Pirate Warriors 4 was released in Japan on March 26 (March 27 in the West), and the first sales do not give much hope of success. Last week we shared with you the first sales data in Japan and they were not very encouraging.
Well, there are no more details about it that allow us to see that the series has been in slope in its sales in the Japanese country since the first Pirate Warriors was launched, and as shared, the trend continues to decline.

- One Piece: Pirate Warriors 4 sold 137,569 physical units.
- The PS4 version sold 75,998 units, and the Switch version sold 61,571 units.
- Switch's debut is the highest Pirate Warriors ever seen on a portable platform.
- The Switch version surpassed the debuts of the Vita versions of One Piece: Pirate Warriors 2 and Pirate Warriors 3.
- The first Pirate Warriors game sold 627,214 units on PS3 at launch.
- Pirate Warriors 2 was released a year later and debuted with 269,035 units on PS3 at launch.
- Pirate Warriors 3 launched in 2015, and sold a combined total of 119,199 units between PS3 and PS4 at launch.
