Has already been released new free DLC for the game
It is a DLC known as Namco Classic 7 with the theme of Warp & Warp and that can be used to change the theme of the game from the settings. You can take a look for yourself right below, along with the message confirming that the game has passed the 5 million downloads:

Pac-Man 99 has received a new free DLC theme in the form of «NAMCO CLASSIC 7,» based off of the 1981 arcade game Warp & Warp. The theme is out now in Japan, and other regions will receive it soon.
