Comparisons between Palworld and Pokemon were staggering when the game was first released on Xbox Series X|S and PC earlier this year. Many Pokemon fans on social media were sure that the company would be investigated and possibly sued for using similar designs and gameplay mechanics to the popular Pokemon franchise. However, in a recent interview with GameFilePalworld developer Takuro Mizobe told the site that when it came down to it, “Nintendo and The Pokemon Company didn’t tell us anything.”
