When starting your island life in the middle Crossing the Animals: New Horizons
PETA (People for the Ethical Animal Therapy) has released & # 39;A Vegan Guide to Animal Crossing& # 39 ;, listing all the things you can and can't do to keep up with the vegan lifestyle. It kicks things off as being unfit for fishing, describing it as "cruel" and "bad for the environment"; you should not catch the bugs; You should not work to look at the Museum, because "bugs are not a small thing in the museum so other residents can sleep in it"; and that you should not eat paintings.
In a scary section entitled "# 39; Does Tom Nook Abuse You? & # 39 ;, the guide explains that Tom is a dog dog, an animal that is often killed for fur. It says maybe she should "cut her loose" because her family may have been beaten, electrocuted, strangled, or skin-drawn alive. Anglican.
Now what can you do? Yes, you can eat fruit. PETA uses the extra skills you gain when eating fruit to reinforce the point of why it's a good thing, and goes on to say that you can help promote veganism with banners and the like.
It is noted that the guide appears to be a public nuisance and is not completely sensitive; to promote animal welfare apparently which is a good thing, but we'd like to say that most Animal Crossing players will actually not go to tear the stream from their homes to sell it in real life.
What do you think? Do you think PETA has a point, and that we should think about our actions in games like Animal Crossing: New Horizons, or do you think that all of this is equal? Have your word in the comments.
