2K has revealed that PGA Tour 2K21 will be evolving into Turnch and other platforms this summer, with the global release on August 21 announced.
The announcement comes alongside the new trailer, which you can check out above, along with the news that Pro Tour Pro Justin Thomas is about to star. The game was presented by HB Studios, the team behind Golf Club 2019 Inclusive PGA TOUR
Thomas will be joined by 11 additional PGA TOUR benefits, each of which will challenge players in the PGA TOUR Career Mode as they compete to become FedExCup Champion. Players can create and customize their MyPLAYER with equipment and clothing from licensed products including adidas, Polo Ralph Lauren, Malbon Golf, Callaway Golf, Bridgestone Golf, TaylorMade Golf and more.
To wrap up the imitation experience, PGA TOUR 2K21 will feature a state-of-the-art graphic presentation presentation, dynamic cutscenes and unlimited revenge programming, all complemented by the playful annotation of popular radio presenter Luke Elvy and commentator Rich Beem.
The game is said to be designed for players "at all skill levels", with real-time lessons, tips and shooting tips offered to rookies, while veterans can use the features of Pro Vision, Digital Control, and Putt Preview. Expect to find a few ways to play online, too, with modes like Alt-Shot, Stroke Play, Skins and 4-Player Scramble.
A press release announced the PGA Tour 2K21 "will be available in the digital format of Nintendo Switch at launch".
