One of the biggest surprises of the past Nintendo Direct was the announcement of Detective Pikachu: The Return, the sequel to the popular game that inspired a movie for the franchise. This title had been announced for years, however, it was in this presentation that we were able to see more of it with a release date for this October.
However, what you may not know is that the voice of Detective Pikachu in this new game it will be that of a famous actor who, curiously, is also known for voicing a DC superhero. And it is that if Ryan Reynolds voiced the Pokémon in the original movie, in this new game Will Arnett he will return to the role of the detective with the most spark of all.
Will Arnett is known for Voice Batman in The LEGO Movie, with such an exemplary performance that it even inspired a tape inspired by the character himself. Batman: The LEGO Movie is one of the bat superhero’s most beloved films, and now we can listen to its protagonist in the role of Detective Pikachu!
