The The Wonderful 101: Remastered codes for Switch they seem to be reaching out to the game sponsors on Kickstarter with some sort of bug. This has been confirmed from Platinum Games itself, with a tweet where they claim to have identified said error and work to fix it.
We have identified the cause of the error situation with The Wonderful 101: Remastered Nintendo Switch codes going out to backers of the Kickstarter, and are working to get the codes out properly. We apologize for the inconvenience.

From GO Nintendo they comment that, although said arrangement is not officially confirmed by the company, They are having reports from websites like The Yetee (merchandising and special arts), which seems to be involved in obtaining these codes, where confirm that the error has been successfully rectified.
