Sitting inside brings a lot of challenges, not dealing with the growing feeling of loneliness as you find yourself staring at the same wall. Of course, the type of gamer character shows that we are all well-equipped to stay inside all day, but in fact it is understandable that we struggle hard because of the circumstances.
As such, Joe Merrick – founder of Serebii.net and the official Nintendo Life collaborator – has launched a new Pokémon community program to make fans of the series play together and enjoy each other's company online.
One hour each Wednesday, Pokémon Sword and Shield players are invited to jump on the Max Raid Battles online games; The 50 Pokémon content creators are already boarding to broadcast their Raids on YouTube, Twitch and Facebook.
You can easily get involved and keep up with what others in the community are doing following the streams; Optional challenges will be presented each week, with the first week being Easter / spring. Full details can be found on the Twitter thread above.
Joe says, "The bottom line here is that we do robbers, either alone or with friends, and have fun!"
Let us know if you'll join the entertainment in the comments below, and make sure to spread the word. Nice work, Joe!
