The Pokémon Company International has announced that Pokémon Sleep is now compatible with major smartwatch brands, allowing players to easily track their sleep and study the sleeping styles of Pokémon. In addition, the official album and playlist for Pokémon Sleep is now available on Spotify, with 34 tracks from their streaming collection.
Pokémon Sleep is now compatible with major smartwatch brands
Trainers can now enjoy a more seamless sleep tracking experience by pairing their smartwatch with Pokémon Sleep, allowing them to conduct research using sleep data that is automatically tracked while they sleep. Supported smartwatches include the Apple Watch, Galaxy Watch, Google Pixel Watch, and the Fitbit series. Gamers using an Apple Watch can sync their sleep data via the Apple Health app on iOS, while those using a Galaxy Watch, Google Pixel Watch or Fitbit can do so via the Health Connect app on Android.
To celebrate the launch of smartwatch compatibility, special gifts are available for new and returning trainers.
- Gifts for new players – Trainers who create an account between September 23, 2024 at 3:00 PM PDT and October 23, 2024 at 2:59 PM PDT will receive 10 Poké Biscuits, Bulbasaur Incense, Charmander Incense, and Squirtle Incense.
- Gifts for returning players – The Returning Researcher Bonus will be available to players who created an account before Thursday, August 22, 2024, 9:00 PM PDT and did not conduct a sleep research between August 23, 2024, 3:00 PM PDT and September 23, 2024 . at 4:59 PM PDT. Eligible players will receive 10 Poké Biscuits, one Good Camp Ticket, 1000 Sleep Points and 20 Handy Candies S.
- Gifts for all players – Active fans will be rewarded with 10 Poké Biscuits and 1000 Sleep Points as a thank you for their continued support.

Pokémon Sleep Music is now available on Spotify, featuring a 34-track album for trainers to enjoy. An official Spotify playlist has also been prepared with 20 sleep-related tunes culled from the album, including early releases of three relaxing tracks yet to be added to Pokémon Sleep. Both the album and the playlist are free to access through your Spotify account, and each track includes a corresponding visual representation of the sleeping styles of the various Pokémon.
