Today is Friday. It’s warm. It’s the perfect time to take a nice, cold bath with a cool drink and a bath bomb. Thank goodness there are Pikmin bath bombs then, right?
Japanese site Hobby watch (over it Siliconera) showed Bandai products that will be on display at the Tokyo Toy Fair from June 8-11. The bomb itself looks like a fruit — or maybe a Pikmin still buried — and when it dissolves in the water, you’ll find one of the five Pikmin in the middle. Then you will have to save him from drowning! Unless it’s Blue Pikmin of course…
The five Pikmin you can get are from the first two games, Pikmin and Pikmin 2 on the GameCube: Red, Blue, Yellow, Purple, and White. They are so cute:
These bath bombs will not only be available at the Tokyo Toy Fair. It will go on sale in October 2023 and cost ¥550 (around $4 / £3.13). We have no idea if they are coming to the west. You should, Bandai! Or Nintendo. Whoever is responsible, let it happen.
The bath bombs were revealed ahead of the release of Pikmin 4 on July 21st. In the next chapter of the Pikmin series, you create your own Rescue Corps member to rescue Olimar and his friends from a new planet. And there are new minutes and monsters to discover.
