Former Nintendo American president Reggie Fils-Aimé has always said he loves the company and while we've heard many stories before about his time with Mario and other Nintendo mascots in his younger years, I remember him remembering the number of games he had on the system.

In a similar red carpet interview at the Game Awards with The Hollywood Reporter, Reggie was asked about his first experience with Nintendo. Its first plan was Super Nintendo and it turned out that he had "over 80 games" with it, which helped him understand and connect with fans when he joined the company in 2003 as Vice President of Sales and Marketing.

I've had over 80 games in that system, and I think that helped me a lot with the fans and the company, because I knew the content well. … For me it has always been part of my growth. I had been living with Nintendo of America for 15 years.

You have added to this by showing his playing time with a few major program releases:

so I played Super Mario World – and ended the game with 99 lives – again History of Zelda: A Historical Link.

Nintendo's most critical fans should be hit by the library of 80 SNES games. We wonder what other jewels he has in his collection.

If all this talk has got you in the mood for some Super Nintendo games, you can always try the 24 games currently available on the switchch Online SNES service. It may not be as big as Regie's collection, but you can find other games he made in his previous years, including Super Mario World and History of Zelda: A Historical Link.
