ISims, the 2007 Sims spinoff for the Nintendo Wii and DS, could be coming to the Switch before the end of the year according to European retail listings spotted by ResetEra and a report by Kotaku.
ResetEra user –R found and shared two listings for ISims on Switch – one for German retailer Vitrex and the other for Swiss retailer World of Games/WOG. Both listings have an EAN, the European Item Number assigned to a specific barcode or product, which –R pointed out as lending credibility to this actual release.
Additionally, the listings – which are still available as of this writing – were priced at CHF 49.90 on WOG and $49.99 on Vitrex, along with a November 19, 2024 release date.
An undisclosed source at Kotaku later confirmed the existence of this re-release and that it would be released soon, but avoided giving further details.
ISims is a simulation game where players build a city while approaching an assortment of chibi characters and collecting more blueprints and items in the process – giving them access to new creations and new ways to improve their city.
While this might not be the Sims game that fans of the series or Switch owners may have wanted first, signs suggest it’s coming to the hybrid handheld soon. We will keep you posted as more information becomes available.
