A Reddit user reports this Star Wars Racer Revenge which launched on the PlayStation 2 back in 2002 is reportedly being remastered for modern platforms and will be released in the fourth quarter of this year. The user reports that it will be available on all current systems, including the Nintendo Switch, and that the studio behind the remaster has previously worked on Star Wars projects, but this will be their first remaster of its kind, also noting that Star Wars Racer Revenge the remaster will be similar to the one from the game Destroy All Humans! and SpongeBob SquarePants: Battle for Bikini Bottom – Rehydrated. It should be noted that this is marked as a rumor and nothing has been officially announced.
