WayForward is always busy with a number of projects and it looks like they may have another big game currently in development, which could be the rumored new Kontra game. A WayForward employee’s Linkedin profile was examined and it lists “developed gameplay, meta design, narrative and characters for the historical shooter.” The game’s description is that it’s “an unannounced AAA shooter from an existing franchise with four different gameplay styles, including Run & Gun, Top Down Shooter, Shmup, and Rail Gun.” This stacks up pretty well with Contra and company Cons 4
