Now we know the full reason why Samus Aran never made it into Fortnite, and that’s because Nintendo wanted Samus to be exclusive to the Nintendo Switch version of Fortnite and therefore turned down Epic Games’ offer. Epic Games wasn’t too happy about this as they argued that it should be available to all users regardless of platform in the same way as Master Chief from Microsoft’s Halo and Kratos from PlayStation’s God of War series.
