For now there are not many details about the plotsbut The Hollywood Reporter share the following in the absence of official confirmation:
Channel 5, a comedy/dance adaptation of the 1999 cult classic, will tell the story of a hapless fast food worker who is recruited by a freedom reporter from the future to save the world from aliens using the only thing that binds everyone on the planet: our love for silly viral dances…
An adaptation of the cult console game, Zone tells the story of a jaded comic book creator and a young, queer writer of color who, when swept up in the latest issue of their popular series, must put their differences aside to prevent a dangerous supervillain from completely wreaking havoc. Along the way, they artfully explore the ever-evolving art of storytelling.
