Will we see Sonic Rumble on more platforms? We bring news about Sonic, undoubtedly very interesting! After some recent rumors, we now have the official announcement of this report.
This is a party spin off inspired by Fall Guys franchise-themed, Sonic Rumble. Remember that in the past we were already told about it, and shortly after the possibility of it reaching more platforms was discussed. Now SEGA has confirmed these details:
- There will be no gacha mechanics nor pay-to-win, according to Takashi Iizuka (Sonic Team) and Makoto Tase (game director).
- The team decided not to use gacha due to its poor reception in Western markets, where players prefer to enjoy themselves on equal terms.
- Monetization system– Season pass focused on skins and emotes, and ring shop to redeem collectible or purchased currency for cosmetics.
- Battle Royale for 32 players, with the possibility of future versions for consoles if it is successful in the global market.
