SEGA COO and CEO of SEGA of America Shuji Utsumi talked a little more about the new reboot of Jet Set Radio that was shown at The Game Awards. Speaking to the Washington Post, the executive said that a number of developers from the original game are currently hard at work on the Jet Set Radio reboot and says that they will try to evoke the “edginess and rebellious mindset” of the original. Here’s what he told the Washington Post:
“The concept of games like ‘Jet Set Radio’ is advanced. The original creators are back on board and now is the time,” he said. “It’s a good time when people can appreciate all kinds of concepts.”
