Slay 2 Will Deliver "The First Unfinished World of Action RPG" Separately Changes Next Week

Update (Fri 1st May, 2020 13:50 BST): FDG Entertainment has now announced that Slay 2 will launch on Switch on May 7, with a full story mode and two-player co-op mode to enjoy. It will also be available 35% off when presented at $ 7.79 / € 7.79; the average price will be $ 11.99 / € 11.99.

only on Nintendo Switch, describing it as "the world's first permanent RPG action".

The announcement comes via a social media post; FDG says the game is coming "soon" and will include bedtime mode, and has given us a short trailer to show us what it is about.

That's all that's shared about the upcoming title so far, but we can assume it will share many similarities with its predecessor, simply called Slay

. That, in turn, has been described as "the world's first unfinished action RPG" – it will let the FDG consider it a series of similar technologies – and was released on mobile platforms back in 2013. Here is the original official description:

Slay: THE FIRST SEASON THAT DOESN'T MAKE A ROCK RPG! Slay will test your skills unlike other endless games in the App Store. Don't be fooled by its charming retro graphics and vibrant chiptune sound.
