Sonic Frontiers is just 2 and a half weeks away from releasing. Back in June, it was confirmed that the game was in the polishing stage of development, indicating that the development cycle of the next 3D Sonic the Hedgehog game was almost done.
Well, that time has arrived. Sonic Frontiers director Morio Kishimoto has confirmed on his Twitter account that the development of Sonic Frontiers is finished. This also means that the game has “gone gold” and mass production of copies of the game will begin. The game releases on Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Windows, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S on November 8th. You can see his tweet about the matter down below.
