Following the strikes in Hollywood, filming on Sonic the Hedgehog 3 began last August and has now concluded after 7 months. James Marsden, who has participated in previous installments, has now confirmed the end of main filming.
Although there will likely be some re-recording and adjustments, it is certainly an important step. The film will hit theaters on December 20, 2024, so there are still about 9 months until its premiere.
It is likely that during this time we will see more trailers and content, so we will be attentive. We are very hyped for the film, but do not forget that Paramount+ has also announced a spin-off in the form of a Knuckles series and confirmed that this third film will be released on December 20, 2024.
