The latest rumor circulating the internet is that it’s great Hi-Fi Rush is bound for the Nintendo Switch, prompted by the news that the beloved first-party Xbox game is coming to a “competing platform” this year. Windows Central, which is generally accurate when it comes to Microsoft Xbox rumors, expanded on this one by saying that they heard from their sources that Microsoft was “exploring porting some of its legacy catalog to other platforms.” There are quite a few games that would be perfectly suited to either the Nintendo Switch, or perhaps Sony’s PlayStation 5. We probably won’t have to wait long to find out, now that the cat is probably out of the bag.

“They say there is no smoke without fire. I will say that it has been suggested to me from very reliable, proven sources that Microsoft is exploring porting some of its legacy catalog to other platforms, although some details remain unclear and unconfirmed. We have reached out to Microsoft for comment and to clarify our position on this matter.”
