Splatoon 3’s face of order stars in new Tetris 99 event

Following the last update, Tetris 99 has recently confirmed a new event: it is an update which reaches us months after its last event.

What’s new in Tetris 99

This time, although Nintendo had not shown much interest in updating the game in recent months, It has been confirmed

a new Splatoon 3 Face of Order event. This is the 42nd Tetris 99 Maximus Cup, taking place from August 16-20, 2024. This event, exclusive to Nintendo Switch Online subscribers, will focus on this DLC.

To participate, players must compete in Tetris 99 online mode and accumulate points

based on their performance in each match. Upon reaching 100 points, participants will unlock a special theme for that match, which includes background art, music, and Tetrimino designs inspired by the game’s content.
