Today's Nintendo Direct Mini has cleared up a few surprises, not least information about the future of Square Enix Liver Default II, with an in-depth look at the characters and gameplay in the four-minute clip from the broadcast.
You can check out the trailer above, but perhaps most importantly you can head to the Shop today and download the JRPG demo that is scheduled to be released later this year. As explained in the video, the makers will be requesting a response to the sign by referendum to be considered when they connect the game before release.
Game – two 3DS sequences Liver Default (subject posted Aviation in Japan) and The Second Bold: The Last Border – looks really nice, especially places. In the trailer we see the main characters running up the stairs, down the stone stairs across the city, across the waterfront and into a snowstorm, and they all look fantastic.
Character models look more like a sequel from 3DS games than they complete the Switch's visual design, but with the depth of field effects and good smooth animation, everything looks pretty good. In a few places it is also reminiscent of the visual popularity of An Octopath traveler, the biggest success of Square Enix has sold more than 2 million copies so far, and one that no doubt the company will hope to duplicate with Bravely Default II.
Big fan of the series? Couldn't give a flying fairy tale about Bravely Default? Let us know if these artworks are of your interest and that you will be downloading the demo below.
