Plato Enix Incorporated, which is part of a well-known Japanese publishers offering financial and development services for indie developers, teases the new Switch announcement coming this week.
This studio is still unclear what this announcement may be, but you can see it for yourself below. On the very same Twitter thread, Square Enix Collective went on to say that it publishes "cool indie games", so expect the same if this announcement eventually comes down.
So far, the only game that has already been confirmed has been released separately Circet Superstars, a cool down-to-earth racing game shown during E3 2019.
In response to Square Enix's tweet, fans were quick to jump into the idea that this means Nintendo Direct is happening. Let us remind you that, while that is completely out of the question, making a Switch related announcement does not mean that Direct is about to happen. We would be happy to spend the entire Direct now for the next person, though let's all stay calm.
