If you have followed the latest news of Pokémon Sword and Shield, you may already know that those who buy the game expansion pass in advance can receive Pikachu and Eevee uniforms. Here we bring you the steps you must follow to be able to wear them.
As you can imagine, it is necessary buy the expansion pass in the game. If you are interested, you can find access to it in the eShop in the pause menu of the game, in the lower right corner. Once you have purchased the expansion pass, you will receive the codes in your associated email and then you must follow these steps:
- Start your game Pokémon Sword or Pokémon Shield.
- Select Mysterious Gift from the menu.
- Select Receive mystery gift.
- Select Receive via code or password to connect to the internet.
- Enter your code
- See how you receive the gift. (The objects appear in the Bag).
- Be sure to save the game.
We must also take into account this information:
- In order to enjoy the online functions, a broadband internet connection is required.
- One code per customer. This code cannot be sold.
- It is possible that content will be distributed over the internet in the future.
- Gifts may no longer be available when a certain time has elapsed after the launch of Pokémon Sword and Pokémon Shield.
- After purchasing the expansion pass, you will receive your codes in the email account that is associated with your Nintendo account. Press the X button to open the game menu and, once there, select "Mysterious gift", "Receive mysterious gift", "Receive by code or password" and enter your code.
- If you have not received the email or deleted it by accident, access the Nintendo account with which you purchased the expansion pass using a computer or smart device. You can check the codes in the activity log of the store menu.
- The "Mystery Gift" option will be available in your menu as soon as you visit a Pokémon Center for the first time. (More or less it takes an hour of play, although each person's time may vary.)
- A paid subscription to Nintendo Switch Online is not required.
- With one of the codes you will receive the Pikachu Uniform and with the other, the Eevee Uniform. You can receive both in the same game. Codes cannot be used to receive objects in multiple games.
