Remember how a special task force called ‘Team 0%’ managed to clear every level in Super Mario Maker before shutting down the Wii U on the Nintendo Network? Well, there was also one “illegitimate transmission” called “Plant Pruning” that the community was determined to overcome.
Now, with only a few days left, this level has been officially approved. As pointed out at ‘Games’ subreddit, the community persisted and that level was “conquered”. It was completed by ‘sanyx91smm2’ and you can see the flawlessly executed 25-second ride in the video below:
This stage, as previously explained by the game’s community, was a tool-assisted speedrun, technically making ‘The Last Dance’ (approved by ‘Yamada_SMM2’ on March 15, 2024) the final legitimate transfer. So that’s it – the Super Mario Maker Community on Wii U is complete each level before the shutdown next week.
