There have been many disturbances here and there since the outbreak of the World War Organization, which is the World War Organization. Unfortunately, it is now affecting the release date of the stores Wonder 101: Restored by PlatinGames.
If you returned the game, you may have already been notified of the potential delay, but for those who haven't, or maybe missed the news altogether, below is the message in full. This includes the release of stores that were postponed on June 30 in the US and July 3rd in Europe. Digital codes should not be affected, and Platinum is still aiming to get rid of them before the stores are released.
Physical Articles
Unfortunately, due to the effects of the COVID-19 epidemic, we expect delays in preparing US and EU body versions. Background prizes are highly prioritized, but due to distribution issues, backers have chosen the types of game they can receive after a standard commercial release. Our current estimate for shipping rewards is at the end of June. We apologize for the inconvenience, and thank you for your patience.
We know this is very frustrating, and as a sign of our apology for this, we will be providing all the owners of the physical versions with the Steam download code for The Wonderful 101: Remembered, so they can play the game at the same time as the back players who bought the digital version.
Digital Types
Codes for digital versions of The Wond Wonder 101: Also recalled will be from sponsors who have promised matching tiers from May 7th. Due to the number of codes it may take a while for all backers to get them, but we'll work on getting all the digital tier backer codes before the stores are released.
Retail Store Release
Due to the effects of COVID-19 on production in distribution, the release date of The Wonderful 101: Redesign has been postponed, until June 30th for the release of the US version package, and July 3 for the release of the EU version. While working to prioritize backer rewards, please keep in mind that shipping status and distribution in different locations may result in some backpackers receiving their rewards after shoplifting. Once again, we apologize for the unexpected issues, and do our best to get everyone in the game as soon as possible.
The message was signed thanking everyone for their patience in these "unexpected" times. In a separate post recently, the game file size was revealed to be 7.6 GB – that's big for Switch but still smaller than the original type of the game, which was around 10 GB.
