In Hyrule there will be many moments, especially in sanctuaries, in which we will have to solve puzzles that require very millimeter positioning and accuracy. This causes the problem of “drift” in the Joy-Con becomes a real torture to overcome depending on what phases or levels.
Reddit user, DursoBRrecently shared a clip from Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom, specifically in the Rakashog Sanctuary. We can see that by moving Link from one ray of light to another, the Joy-Con moves our protagonist to one side. Thus avoiding that the puzzle is solved the first time and several attempts are needed before completing the sanctuary. Fighting against this defect in the Nintendo Switch hardware can be a real torture.
