Now is the time to become a Turtles fan after the excellent Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Shredder’s Revenge and with the exciting new animated film on the horizon. Today, Polygon and Paramount have revealed that the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles series is getting a new dark and gritty AAA action RPG game being developed by an unnamed video game studio. The game will be based on Kornjačina The Last Ronin a graphic novel that is, by all accounts, an engaging but dark story. The news comes in a new interview with Paramount Global Senior Vice President of Games Doug Rosenew, who says a new Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles game is “a few years away” from release.
