As we already informed you, Nintendo Switch officially arrived in China on December 10 at the hands of Tencent. As usual in these cases, the arrival of this console has aroused great interest among the Chinese public, the world's largest video game market today.
To continue promoting this versatile platform, Tencent (the distributor of the console) has been sharing various commercials of the hybrid console in the Asian giant. Unfortunately, not everything is good and recently an important complaint has been shared in recent days in the complaint collection service in China, where consumers can publish their complaints about various products and services.
These are the data that has been shared:
- The most popular complaint they have received is called «Fake advertising of the Tencent Nintendo Switch». Consumers express their discomfort because it has been two months since the Tencent Nintendo Switch was launched in China and yet there is only one game, New Super Mario Bros. U Deluxe, officially rele ased for the system
- They are also upset with the lack of online services for the system, since they could not access Nintendo eShop services outside of China and could not play online with players outside of China.
At the moment Tencent has not pronounced before these complaints, but the most probable thing is that they increase as the day of the Rights of the Consumer approaches, which will take place on March 15 in China.
Finally, we remember that the console comes with a trial version of the popular New Super Mario Bros. U Deluxe Edition installed in China and the full version of the game is available since its launch for 299 RMB. In addition they are preparing (in theory) other exclusive games such as Pokémon Let’s Go! Pikachu / Eevee, The Legend of Zelda: Breath of The Wild, Mario Tennis Aces, Super Mario Party Y Yoshi’s Crafted World.
