The 1994 classic ‘Little Big Adventure’ is getting a full remake this year

We have wonderfully vivid memories of playing the demo for the original A little big adventure included with a copy of Official PlayStation Magazine in the UK before we get the full game. It was so unique strange title. You can change your attitudes depending on the situation; so if you wanted to hit the guard you would change to an ‘aggressive’ stance and throw a few punches before hitting him high into an ‘athletic’ stance. So good.

Now, in the fall of 2024, a complete remake called Little Big Adventure – Twinsen’s Quest will be coming to the Nintendo Switch from Microid and the studio [2.21]which boasts completely revamped visuals, a modernized control system and numerous quality of life improvements.

The game aims to appeal to both newcomers and veteran players, retaining as much of the original charm as possible while (hopefully) losing some of its outdated design choices. Original composer Phillipe Vachey also returned to restore the game’s music.

Let’s take a look at the official key features:

– Immerse yourself in a unique universe enhanced with a brand new look.
– The magic ball brought in the year 2024, promising a series of challenges against the clones.
– Redesigned controls.
– Travel across the planet and discover reimagined islands in an open world.
– Action-adventure game mixed with exploration.
– Brand new soundtrack by the original composer, Philippe Vachey

We’ll have more information on Little Big Adventure – Twinsen’s Quest, including release date and price, in the coming weeks and months.
