The creator of the popular Stardew Valley, ConcernedApe, has revealed in a recent post on Twitter he is working on two projects that will be related to Stardew valley.
However, far from wanting to excite his fans, it seems that the reason for the tweets is to stop the hype that has been created after the speculation that he is working on the series. ConcernedApe points out that he would like to work on these new projects "without pressure or expectations," so he would like fans "not to get too excited."
You can find his words below:
Yes, I am actually working on a couple of new projects. One takes place in the world of Stardew Valley, but it is not an agricultural game. On the other, I am still not 100% sure of the world, but somehow it will link with Stardew Valley.
I see that this is exploding and there are articles that come out, etc. All I ask is that you don't get too excited at this stage. I want to avoid too much exaggeration or speculation. I would like to make any game that is natural to me without too much pressure or expectations.
I am not proposing to make the next great indie success, I just want to make another game that I enjoy and with which I am happy. And to share some of my ideas and art with the world. If it becomes popular, I will be happy, but that is not my goal.
