Motion Twin and Evil Empire have confirmed that update 35 will be the last Major update for Dead Cells, marking the end of your creative journey in the game. After five years of collaboration and the success of the “Return to Castlevania” DLC last year, they have decided to seek new adventures.
The decision is based on avoiding the trap of “more of the same” to maintain the freshness and originality of Dead Cells. They are committed to fixing quality of life issues and bugs, and despite the completion of major updates, they will continue to look for solutions to provide an optimal experience for the community.
