Earlier this year, Nintendo was on the verge of receiving a major leak for source code. Since then, we’ve heard and discovered all sorts of things about classic video games and hardware.
The leak is not over, too. In the latest development, it is now available another One Pokémon, but this time it’s very different as it’s tied to the current generation game on the Nintendo switch.
You see, the first bug fix for Pokémon’s sword it is said to have been leaked online. Fortunately, it does not seem to include the source code of the game, based on the Twitter user Lu LuBlood:
“Yes, the construction of the Pokémon Sword in March 2018 has been leaked today, in addition to what I understood to be the December 2017 construction of Let Go Pikachu / Eevee which has yet to be released because it opened as a ZIP file with a password that had to be broken using scripts.”
“And to make sure: I haven’t seen anything about the source code, it’s just a game being built, nothing else.”
Another Twitter user they have been sharing screenshots of this alleged construction with their account. As apparently an example from March 2018, most of it is still ongoing. Sword and Shield were not released until November 2019.
Hohoholy shit.
A prototype of Pokemon Sword has been leaked on 4Chan. It might be completely unrelated to the wack0 leak of 2018, which is where every single other Pokemon proto leak has come from.
Therefore, we have no idea if this is real or not. More in the thread… pic.twitter.com/Ki8txFZCPI

Apart from this, it is also believed that there will be a 2017 construction Pokémon: Let’s go, Pikachu! and Let’s go, Eevee! of Switch.
While previous leaks are based on older games, we think the current generation is more about Nintendo and The Pokémon Company.
