According to what is shared, this organization has not been affected because they are working electronically and so far there are no delays. This has been confirmed by a spokesman to the media IGN:
Thanks to a good amount of advance planning, since March 16 ESRB has been operating telematically due to the COVID-19 outbreak. We have not seen any delay in the assignment of grades. We will continue to assign grades electronically for as long as necessary.
