The remastered Fatal Frame: Maiden of Black Water has been available to play on the Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X and PC for a little over 3 months now. Since then, there hasn’t been a lot of information from Koei Tecmo about how well the game has sold.
Well, that has changed. Koei Tecmo held their third quarter financial results for the fiscal year ending March 2022. In it, the company reveals that the Fatal Frame: Maiden of Black Water remaster sold 340,000 copies worldwide. The sales numbers are only for the time period from October 2021 to December 2021.
