To say Xbox games coming to Nintendo Switch has been discussed would be an understatement. There is already a history of Xbox games being released on Nintendo’s hybrid console, and now there are 4 more games to join them in the future.
However, Xbox boss Phil Spencer said the exact opposite in an interview with journalist Stephen Totil’s Game File newsletter. There, Spencer discussed Nintendo and PlayStation games coming to Xbox. According to Spencer, while he welcomes the release of Xbox games, he doesn’t expect it. In fact, the intention of this initiative with Xbox games is not to have their competition do the same thing. He said that “this is not for me, like, some kind of exchange system. We’re doing it for the betterment of Xbox’s business.”
