The Zelda movie
On the website you already have all the Zelda games in chronological order and now, after statements about whether Link will speak or not, the director has offered more comments. In this case, he wanted to reassure worried fans in case the movie is a flop.
In an interview with The Direct, the film’s director, Wes Ball, has shared his excitement about the film adaptation of the franchise. He highlights Zelda’s personal importance in her life and has assured fans that they are working on making the film a great experience.
“We are working on it,” he says. “I think it’s going to be great. The fans will be happy. The Legend of Zelda, for me, is one of the most important things in my life. You know, along with Star Wars. I have played Zelda from childhood to adulthood. Do you know what I mean? I am a Fan. I’m just another fan. “I will go to the ends of the earth to make sure it is the movie we all hope it will be.”
In the same meeting, they also asked him about the release date of the Zelda movie, and Ball jokingly hinted that it could happen within the next decade. He hasn’t given any more clues…
We also don’t know if this film will be inspired by Skyward Sword, Ocarina of Time, Majora’s Mask or other installments, but we hope to find out soon. We will be attentive if more details are shared in the future.
