When extracting it from the files to see the full image, you can see that the screenshot is located in the upper left corner of Mona Lisa. It may seem surprising, but there is an explanation.
It is likely that Nintendo EAD Tokyo hired indieszero Corporation, Ltd. to assist with development, who previously developed Nintendo 3DS Guide: Louvre. That is why the Mona Lista would be present in this image.
