A sequel to Risk of Rain titled Risk of Rain Returns is coming to the Nintendo Switch family of systems along with PC at an unspecified date next year. The game has appeared on the Nintendo Switch eShop along with details on what to expect from the long-awaited sequel to the popular Steam game that is best described as an action platformer featuring familiar roguelike elements.
